2nd Harriet has been selected to represent England in Dressage this month web1

Lucton School has its very own riding centre set in 13 acres of beautiful North Herefordshire countryside.

Pupils may keep their own pony at school. In addition, we have a range of well-schooled horses and ponies to suit all needs. Our staff are BHS qualified and registered. Whether pupils are complete beginners, competent riders improving their dressage, jumping and competition skills, or training towards professional qualifications, we can help them improve their horsemanship in a friendly, encouraging and safe environment.

In addition to riding, pupils learn to take responsibility for the care of their horses. Some combine working towards BTEC and GCSE qualifications in horse management & stable management with their other studies. Our sixth formers have the opportunity to study for the BHS Assistant Instructors Certificate.
